Tessa: Going the Extreme Route

We managed to have yet another successful Extreme Bridal session. We ventured to the Heights and then back over into Lynchburg to capture these unique shots. After three hours of laughs here is what we ended up with. There are many more if you want to check out my website under Slideshows.

The Stinnett Girls

I am starting to feel really old. These three beautiful girls are the daughters of my best friend for thirty-some years. It has been so fun watching these three grow-up.

Brent and Christina: Engaged

This couple was all about being fun and unique. She immediately told me they were not the formal type so we set out to find some fun places for their engagement pictures. I think we managed to find a few. Might I add....I LOVE the graffiti wall!

The Perdue Family

What a fun family, and adorable! These little ones loved hamming it up for the camera and by the end I even managed to get a smile or two out of dad. :0)

Jade: Senior Session

Another fellow Lancer! Oh to remember my senior year in high school. Those were the days! It's funny to think back and to realize I will be celebrating my 20th year high school reunion next year. Where does the time go? Jade, her family and I set out for Downtown Lynchburg today for her Senior Session. I just love how all of my seniors are so photogenic. It makes my job so easy! Enjoy your sneak peek...

Miss Olivia

I have to admit, this is the most adorable little red head you would ever want to meet. And, those big brown eyes will just melt your heart. Miss Olivia was so fascinated with the fishies and the pond as you can tell in one of the pictures below. She was such the trooper with all of the different locations. As you can tell, we had a very successful photo session. I am looking forward to seeing how much she grows between now and her Spring session.

Housand Family

I cannot believe Miss Brinkley is nine months old. It seems like just yesterday I was taking her newborn pictures. The Housand family wanted some fall family pictures so we headed out to the OCC to capture some. Is she beautiful or what? And yes, her eyes are really that blue! Thanks guys for a fun afternoon and enjoy your sneak peek....

Shannen

Another natural! Shannen wanted some fall pictures since the leaves are peaking, so we ventured around the OCC to capture some. She made it very easy as you can tell.

Finally, My Kids!

I told myself that if I didn't do anything else this weekend I was going to take my kids fall pictures. I was getting heat from my family in the fact that Addison had not had her pictures done since she was 6 months. I think that is the third child syndrome. Cameron, on the other had, was having his pictures made every 3 months until age 2. Well, I am going to try to do better. However, after our session yesterday, I am ready to pay another photographer to photograph my kids. Why don't they listen to me? Everyone else's kids do! Anyway, as you can see by the first picture, getting three kids to look at the camera at the same time is almost impossible so you have to go with those fun loving candids. Their individual pictures did turn out wonderful if I do say so myself. I am a little biased, though! Enjoy a sneak peek into our afternoon.

Rachel and Travis

I had so much fun with these two this morning. They are such a fun couple and didn't seem to mind a kiss or two in front of the camera. Congratulations on your engagement and have fun planning the wedding.

The Bowen Family

I have had one busy weekend! But photo shoots like the one today makes it all worth it. The Bowen's are close friends of ours and I love the chance to photograph their adorable little girl. Miss T managed to crack a smile or two for me today. Thanks for a great afternoon. Enjoy the pics!

Stenback Family

Talk about fun! Cameron's first grade teacher and her daughter met me for some family pictures. I don't think they took a bad picture. You won't find any serious ones here. They couldn't even look at each other without cracking up. Thanks guys for such a fun morning! Here's a peek...

Cox Family

I met the Cox family down at the Old City Cemetery to capture some family moments. The little ones were absolutely adorable and so much fun to photograph. It is amazing how many smiles you are able to get when you offer gummy treats. Here is a sneak peak into our morning.

Bridal Showcase

I wanted to thank those of you who came out to visit us at the Bridal Showcase at the Kirkley last weekend. We are currently booking weddings for 2009 and look forward to meeting with you personally.

I am also taking on a new project! I am organizing the Lynchburg Bridal Expo 2009 which is going to take place on Sunday, March 8, 2009 at Cattle Annie's in Lynchburg. The response we have had from vendors has been overwhelming! To give you a little sneak peak into the Expo, we will be having a bridal fashion show, ballroom dancing, a string quartet and we will even have a vendor doing mini facials on the spot. Mark the date on your calendar and don't miss out on this AWESOME EXPO! See you in March........
