Orange Family

Spring has finally arrived which means back outdoors I go. My first session of the season was so much fun with these Lynchburg's fire fighters and his son. We managed to get some great shots.

Lynchburg Bridal Expo

WOW! What a ride it has been! As many of you know, I have been organizing the Lynchburg Bridal Expo since October. Many people have compared the past months as gearing up for giving birth or a wedding. I have to say I agree. When Sunday finally got here, all of my hard work finally paid off. Don't get me wrong, there were some flaws, but overall it was AMAZING! The heat was a major factor. Who would have thought it would be 80 degrees the first part of March.
Chris and I couldn't sleep the night before due to anticipation so therefor we were up and and out by
3:30AM putting us at Cattle Annie's by 4:00AM! Now, I haaaaaad to pick the same day that we Spring forward. So, in reality it was an hour earlier. So much for that sleeping pill that didn't work! It was a good thing we got there that early because there was so much to do! By 9:00AM vendors started arriving and by 11:00AM the place was full of everyone scurring around trying to get their spaces perfect! By noon there were people starting to line up out front. By 1:00PM there was a line 100 deep. AMAZING! It pretty much stayed that way for the first two hours. The day was filled with anxious brides visiting all of the elaborate vendor booths, ball room dancing demonstrations and live music. The day ended with a spectacular fashion show and door prizes presented by Robynn Jaymes with 94.9 Star Country. By 5:30PM my feet and back hurt SOOOOOO bad! We finally got out of there around 8:00PM. What a LOOOOONNNNG day! Here are just a few comments from the vendors:

A great big thank you for all your hard work, it showed!
We had a great time and just enjoyed getting to know so many vendors. Let us know when you schedule the next show, we will be there.

Cheers!

The show was awesome! You and your team did a magnificent job! I have exhibited at many trade shows over the years and have to tell you this show was one of the most organized I have ever attended!

Kim,
I was very happy to participate in your first Bridal Expo. Congratulations to you on a very successful event. You were very thoughtful in your planning and really did so much to make this event fun and exciting for everyone. From your great advertising, fun competitions, goodie bags , bridal fashion show, dancers, musicians, to the wonderful helpers when we arrived at the site, ect...I know you were trying to think of everything you could to make this event go as smoothly and successfully as possible.

Kim,

First and foremost, thank you for working so hard and delivering a show that was more than expected.
The overall value of the show is what impressed me the most. Booth space was low and the fact that 100% of the door went to a charity is amazing.

It is clear that you have the wedding vendor's best interest at heart.
As far as I am concerned,
Lynchburg Bridal Expo will be the only show Official Entertainment needs to attend.

Thank you again,

Phil Tucker

I just want to say 'THANK YOU' to everyone who helped with this expo. I couldn't have done it with out you! Hugs and Kisses..................

Smith-Creech Wedding

Sarah and Morri were married Friday night in Lynchburg. This quaint ceremony was perfect for these two from North Carolina. They were so much fun to work with. The poetry and excerpts from novels they read during the ceremony depicted these two perfectally. Here are just a couple of shots from their special night. I am a little envious though. While I have been running around like crazy this weekend, they are enjoying a nice and warm honeymoon in Jamacia. Congratulations guys!
